Even now, I’m eating fish crackers whilst typing.
The holidays are coming soon and I ‘m going to make use of this opportunity to get back in control. My diet, my workouts, my attitudes, my life. And there are gonna be rules to have to lay out:
1. No unnecessary/emotional eating.
2. Do workouts with a positive energy
3. View life more positively.
4. Organise your meals.
5. Be rationale of everything and in control.
On a side note, I have a 50% chance of working in a bakery this holidays. It would be great if that happened. I’ve planned it out to do the morning shift then to do my work during break times then do nightshift with Angelia. Gonna cherish this opportunity and gain the most out of it!
